• Accounts must be verified (including email, legal business name, EIN, and any requested documents) before engaging in core activities like placing or receiving orders.

Kitions offers features including but not limited to:

• Product catalog browsing and management
• Bulk order processing with tracking and fulfillment statuses
• Profile and business management tools
• Admin-mediated user approval system
• Notifications, emails, and updates related to platform activity

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time.

• Distributors may list product prices, case sizes, and order minimums.
• Kitions may charge subscription fees or platform usage fees, which will be clearly disclosed.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing plans and platform fees at any time. When we do, we will notify affected users in advance through email or in-app communication.

By using Kitions, you agree to:

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content on Kitions — including text, branding, logos, platform design, and software — is the property of Kitions and may not be copied, resold, or reused without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kitions at any time, with or without notice, especially if:

• You violate these Terms
• You attempt to misuse the platform
• Your business or identity cannot be verified
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

• Kitions is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for the conduct, products, or services of any user (retailer or distributor) on the platform.
• All transactions and fulfillment are the responsibility of the respective businesses involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
